Grasshoppers Rugby Football Club Project
Notice Description
The London Borough of Hounslow requires the appointed contractor to procure, commission and handover a new rugby club facilities. This includes the construction of a new club house, 2nr natural rugby pitches, 1nr artificial rugby pitch, 3nr netball courts, car parking facilities and out buildings. The new club house comprises approximately 1400m2 (GIFA) and associated external works (BREEAM Excellent). The Council requires the Contractors to be Level 2 BIM Compliant. Additional information: Tender documents can be accessed via the London Tenders Portal https://procontract.due-north.com/register Opportunity Id DN241584 Tender clarification must be issued via the messaging area of the e-tendering portal.
