Queen Victoria Hospital requires the services of an experienced Building Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Rehabilitation Unit .To include the strip out of existing internal finishes, fixture & fittings to receive new interior finishes incl. new partitions, ceilings, replacement lighting, sanitary ware, kitchens, flooring decorating, fire detection and joinery. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
