However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. City, University of London is seeking to appoint by tender: 1. an agency who can strategically advise upon and instigate integrated media buying activity: and 2. an external Search Engine Optimization agency to manage its search marketing. City's websites www.city.ac.uk and www.cass.city.ac.uk are central to the successful marketing of City and to the recruitment of students to its courses
