Lewisham Council wishes to procure a contractor to undertake Mechanical & Electrical works to the primary schools described below. These works will form part of the wider Schools Minor Works Programme 2021. The works shall comprise but not be limited to the following: 1) Coopers Lane Primary School Primary Plant Replacement 2) Holbeach Primary School Installation of Plate Heat Exchanger 3) Myatt Garden Primary School Primary Plant Replacement 4) Sandhurst Primary School Electrical Rewire
