Detached timber frame single storey classroom including steel supports and masonry to dpc. Single pitched roof, aluminium windows and doors. Hygiene room with shower, WCs and kitchenette, plant room; GIFA 140m2. External works, planting and car parking. Contract to be used - JCT Design and Build Contract 2016. Completion of a SSQ document to be submitted by 18th December 2018 by 12 o'clock at the latest to be included in the tender selection process.
