Refurbishment to four halls of residence
Notice Description
Leeds Trinity University (The Employer) is looking to carry out Repair and Refurbishment Works to four of its Halls Of Residence, Whitby Hall, Ripon Hall, St. Albans Hall and Norwich Hall. St Albans Hall & Norwich Hall are to have new self catered provisions installed. The Contract will be the JCT Minor Works With Contractor's Design. The Employer will be Leeds Trinity University. The Contractors Design portion will be Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and above ground drainage. The Contractor will be responsible for all Structural Design where none is already specified, calculations and details must be presented to the Building Control Officer for approval prior to ordering and installation. ******************************************************************************* The procurement will be conducted exclusively via the university's e-tendering website, where all documentation can be found and downloaded: https://neupc.delta-esourcing.com/members/leeds-trinity-university/ ******************************************************************************* The invitation to tender opens at 1800h on 14th April 2021 The tender submission deadline is 1000h on 12th May 2021 ******************************************************************************* Accessing a Tender Opportunity via the university's e-tendering website: Once you have created a supplier profile, to respond to an opportunity, click 'Response Manager' or 'View Invites and Responses'. You will then be presented with a list of all opportunities your organisation has previously worked on and be given the option of viewing current invites or entering the access code to begin responding to a new opportunity ******************************************************************************* The Access Code is F3R85AS4HG ******************************************************************************* Additional information: A visit to site ahead of the tender return date is envisaged, but date and time are yet to be confirmed.
