Leicester City Council recognises that better mobile connectivity could unlock many socio-economic benefits for residents and businesses and support the development and growth of 5G+ networks. The Council's digital connectivity project is part of its Smart Leicester Strategy. Its overarching aim is to connect people and places - digitally, socially and sustainably.
