Notice Description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is 04 December 2017 at 14:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. National Oceanography Centre (NOC) has several requirements to refurbish & redecorate the existing window facades, especially those located on the quayside of the Southampton site. The previous redecoration of the windows was undertaken in 2011 and during a site condition survey undertaken by NOC in 2016, the recommendation for further redecoration works was raised. ***The works will be managed as a design and build project and must be fully completed by 23 March 2018*** Please also refer to the attached appendices. Please disregard any content in this notice that requests your organisation "to apply directly to the buyer" as this is unfortunately a system generated error that is outside of the Contracting Authority control. Additional information: DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO BUYER All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, for procurement values that exceed Regulation 5 (Threshold amounts) Responses must be received by the date in the bid documents. Responses received outside or concurrently using the eSourcing process will not be accepted or considered further for this opportunity.
