Notice Description

DVSA want to engage a range of providers to think innovatively about, and to shape, the delivery of the Future Driving Theory Test Service. The current contract is due to expire in 2020. In advance of 2020 we want to engage with any experienced provider, at any scale, who can help to shape the delivery of service components of the future Driving Theory Test Service, including the provision of: 1. Fixed estate from which to deliver the theory test (locally, regionally or nationally) 2. Flexible estate from which to deliver the theory test (e.g. from your existing office space or pop-up style locations locally, regionally or nationally) 3. Theory test invigilators to deliver the test (locally, regionally or nationally) 4. Online proctoring/invigilation services 5. Booking and scheduling services 6. Test engine services 7. Content management services 8. Customer contact centre services 9. Data storage and MI reporting services
