Professional Indemnity insurance is a specialised branch of liability insurance which is most commonly purchased as a stand-alone policy. Professional Indemnity insurance provides liability cover against third party claims for financial loss, damage or injury arising from a breach of professional duty, negligent acts, errors or omissions of Hampshire County Council in its professional capacity.
