**Please note this is a Contract Award Notice, not a call for competition** UKRI requires a specialist Building Management Systems (BMS) company to maintain and service the MRC Harwell Institute's highly specialist state-of-the-art facility which uses complex Trend BEMS engineering solutions as they are required to support the challenging needs of highly complex scientific research programmes. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
