Notice Description
Torbay Council is leading on developing a turnkey 100-120 bedroom hotel for one of the UK's leading providers of branded budget hotel accommodation in the UK, Premier Inn. The hotel will be built and funded by the Authority and leased to Premier Inn; on around 0.68 acres of its own land located to the south west corner of a large 3-storey car park known as Terrace Car Park in the heart of Torquay.
