Notice Description

The University is currently undertaking a large-scale transformation programme to implement the People and Organisational strategy. This includes a tactical strand, as well as strategic strands related to performance, culture, leadership and wellbeing. As part of the wellbeing stream of work we are developing our strategy and wellbeing commitments, as well as identifying how we will measure workplace wellbeing within the University. In order for us to identify key action areas and baseline where we are with wellbeing, we are looking to run a wellbeing survey / audit in the Autumn of 2023. It has been identified that it would be beneficial to carry out soft market testing to ascertain a better understanding the wellbeing survey tools available within the market and their fit within a Higher Education environment Additional information: Information, formalities and necessary requirements to be met will be set out in the procurement documents, all of which are freely available via the University's procurement portal In-Tend - https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchesteruniversity Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
