Notice Description

The University is currently undertaking a large-scale transformation programme to implement the People and Organisational strategy. This includes a tactical strand, as well as strategic strands related to performance, culture, leadership and wellbeing. As part of the wellbeing stream of work we are developing our strategy and wellbeing commitments, as well as identifying how we will measure workplace wellbeing within the University. In order for us to identify key action areas and baseline where we are with wellbeing, we are looking to run a wellbeing survey / audit in the Autumn of 2023.
