Notice Description
2030/392/EML/MG/18 Coordinate Measuring Machine The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Coordinate Measuring Machine on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Machining Group at Catcliffe, South Yorkshire. Scope of Requirement The AMRC is undertaking research within various manufacturing topics in the aerospace sector. Within the facility there is an existing Metrology capability, which will be focused on undertaking measurement in support of this research. As part of the equipment strategy a requirement for an additional coordinate measuring machine (CMM) has been identified. The CMM will be used to measure components and test pieces manufactured during our research activities, including a specific requirement to have gear inspection capability. Tender Process and Documentation: This procurement is a Non-EU open procedure conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend System, this can be accessed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system. Closing date for receipt of tenders: 7th August 2018 at 12 noon (UK time).
