21-198 Transforming Cities Fund Delivery Market Engagement - Civil Design and Build
Notice Description
RMBC are seeking civil engineering contractors to participate in a market engagement exercise to assist the Council in the structuring and planning of a number of upcoming opportunities to ensure projects can be delivered within required funding timescales and available budgets. The total estimated value of the upcoming projects is PS9million. RMBC has been successful in bidding and being awarded funding through the Transforming Cities Fund. The Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) aims to improve productivity and spread prosperity through investment in public and sustainable transport. The schemes that the Council are currently promoting are: * Manvers Way Moor Road cycle infrastructure - construction only * Broom Road cycle infrastructure - construction only * Doncaster Road, Dalton bus corridor - construction only * Maltby Bus Corridor - detailed design and construction * Sheffield Road phases 2&3 - detailed design and construction Please note the closing time for this exercise is Friday 19th November due to the need to progress with the tendering opportunities so early responses would be very much appreciated.
