Main works: M1 J10-13 Dynamic Hard Shoulder Upgrade Main Contract Period: Start of works date is 11th September 2023 Planned open for traffic date is 31st July 2025 Outline subcontractor package scope: Replacement of FTMS (Fixed Text Message Signs) including replacement of signs, cabling, controllers, outrigger frame and drivers. Requirements: Subcontractors must hold ConstructionLine Gold and relevant NHSS accreditation to be considered for these works.
