As a result, the tender timeline dates are revised as follows: Supplier clarification questions deadline - 17/05/2019 Deadline for Submitting Tenders - 24/05/2019 at 17:00 (GMT) Tender Evaluation & Post tender clarification - 27/05/2019 - 12/06/2019 Presentation and Q/A session (min 3 shortlisted) - 07/06/2019 (09:00 - 17:00 GMT) Estimated notification of award decision - 14/06/2019 Target contract commencement date - week commencing 17/06/2019 Please use the link provided to register on Delta eSourcing and get access to the tender documents. The timeline in the tender document is superceded by this Addendum. Please send all correspondence via the Delta eSourcing message centre for this requirement.(Rail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) are seeking a single supplier for the provision and implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS). We are seeking tenders on the technical aspects and price for a pre-built solution that is simple enough for an end user to configure and manage with minimum training. Suppliers are requested to provide RSSB access to a free trial of their LMS product for at least 2 weeks by 30 April 2019. RSSB reserves the right to terminate the contract giving the Supplier 30 days' notice if the performance of the solution is not satisfactory to RSSB's business requirements. The term of the contract shall be for two years with an option to extend for 24 months based on good performance of the contract in 12-month increments.
