Notice Description

This variation increases the value of the contract from PS103,500 ex VAT as originally published on Contracts Finder, to PS148,350.00. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being Software as a Service (SaaS) however, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract and provide continuity of service while a new competitive procurement is scoped and undertaken. The current contract value, including this variation, is PS148,350.00 ex VAT and the Expiry Date has been extended to 30/11/2026. Health Education England contracted with eXact Learning Solutions via. G-Cloud 13 for eXact learning LCMS.
