The Authority wishes to award a contract for the Delivery of City of York Council's Standing Water Programme 2019-2021. The Works comprise damp remedial works, and associated repairs, including but not limited to the following: * Surveying * Mould Treatment * Dry lining * Plastering * Rendering * Repointing * Specialist damp remediation * Ventilation works * DPC injection works * Installation of Sump pumps * Renewing Concrete and Timber Floors * Renewing Floor Coverings * Fungi and Insect Treatment * Modernisation Works to kitchen, bathrooms and electrical wiring * Gas works * Decoration * Sundry Repairs More information is available on the Yortender Portal under the reference number DN388782.
