The original contract term was for a total of 12 months from 2 nd January 2018 to 31 st December 2018. This paper seeks your approval to accept the uplift to the value. The original contract value was PS448,000.00 (ex VAT) and the uplifted value will be PS102,549.50 (ex VAT). The total value of the contract will now be PS550,549.50 (ex VAT). This paper seeks your approval to increase the term of the contract for a further 4 months, taking the contract end date to Tuesday 30th April 2019. The uplift in value and increase to the contract term, are a result of the services not being finished, and require both of these amendments in order to complete the original scope/deliverables.
