Researchers within the Earth Sciences team at Royal Holloway, University of London wish to purchase a portable Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) instrument which is capable of undertaking mobile monitoring of ambient Nitric Oxide (NO) and Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), with concentrations in the range of 0-2 parts per million by volume (ppmv). Please see the detailed specification for further details. PLEASE NOTE that the proposed equipment must meet all essential requirements of the specification. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
