The Havebury Housing Partnership are seeking an experienced professional organisation to deliver Grounds Maintenance and Site Cleansing within its operational area (50-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk), which will include but is not restricted to the following inspection, planning and programming of services for: * Grass maintenance * Shrub bed and hedge maintenance * Site cleansing including sweeping and litter picking, removal of graffiti and fly-tipping * Garage/house clearance all as additional works as and when instructed * Providing an out of hour's emergency call out service Additional information: N.B.
