The provision of a new 'Haven' mental health assessment unit with dedicated access road, reprovision of an activity and group room displaced by the Haven works, a new assisted bathroom in one ward, new cross corridor doorsets, ADL kitchens and beverage bays to three wards and minor refurbishment of a number of other rooms at Meadowfield Hospital. -plus- The provision of a new 'Haven' mental health assessment unit, reprovision of CHRT office space and a doctor on call bedroom displaced by the Haven works, provision of new en-suite bedroom, assisted bathroom and beverage bay in existing areas of Opal Ward and replacement of cross corridor doorsets with access control in all four wards.
