SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Implementation RFI
Notice Description
The BBC would welcome responses to this RFI in order to understand how you as an SI Partner for this implementation would help the BBC achieve a successful outcome and meet the project objectives. Responding to this briefing document will allow the BBC to: - Build an understanding of how you would implement these products - Understand how you approach the following: o Planning & Governance o Project management o Analysis & Design o Build o Test o Service Design & Knowledge Transfer to all support teams (internal and external) involved in the process o Change management, training and comms Support o Post Go Live Support The BBC is looking to transform its processes, operating model and technology in relation to recruitment and onboarding, recognising the importance that it has not only in the overall HR Value Chain but also to ensure that candidates, new hires and hiring managers have the best possible experience both as one of their first touch points with the BBC and subsequently as they develop their careers. This experience can be crucial when it comes to retention rates and development opportunities. Front and centre of this must be a commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that the BBC recruits a wide range of talent with a diversity of thought that will enable the BBC to create content that fully reflects the UK and the world today.They key objectives for the delivery is to implement SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding core cloud technology over a 12-month period including a series of key integrations to help embed best practise for R&O processes in line with cloud technology and enable process simplification and standardisation, a high degree of self-service as well as a great user experience and analytics. Additional Talent Sourcing requirements are to potentially be delivered by a separate, initially standalone Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) solution with integration to follow once SF R&O is implemented. Please note that the BBC is not obliged to award a contract as a result of this exercise nor is it obliged to run any further competitions. All submissions are at the Bidder's own expense. Additional information: Please register your interest in this RFI by taking the following steps: 1 - Register your company on the Jaggaer eTendering portal (this is only required once): 1.1 Go to https://bbc.bravosolution.co.uk 1.2 - Click the link on the login page to register. 1.3 Accept the terms and conditions and click 'Continue'. 1.4 - Enter your correct business and user details. 1.5 - Note the username you chose and click 'Save' when complete. 1.6 - You will shortly receive an email with your temporary password. 2 - Express an interest in the tender: 2.1 - Login to the portal with the username/password. 2.2 - Click the 'ITTs Open to all Suppliers' link. 2.3 - Click on the relevant ITT to access the content. 2.4 - Click the 'Express Interest' button at the top of the page. This will move the ITT into your 'My My ITTs page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only. 2.5 - You can now access any attachments by clicking 'Buyer Attachments' in the 'ITT Details' box. 3. Responding to the tender: 3.1 - Click 'My Response' under ITT Details', you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining). 3.2 - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification. 3.3 - Note the deadline for completion, and then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT. There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available). 3.4 You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
