Leicester City Council before commencing a formal tender process, are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape our the requirements in our specification. The current income system covers multiple payment channels as listed below: Face to Face, including chip and pin and contactless, at over 50 outlets around the city; Mediated telephone payments (MOTO) at our contact centre(s); Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) telephone payments line; Internet Payments; Central payments portal; 3rd party application integration; E-forms (Firmstep) integration; External (e-commerce); Internal (MOTO); National portal integrations. Kiosks (Currently Banking Automation); Paypoint Parking; Car park and on street parking; Cashless parking; Bank Payments; Mobile payments (Barclays Pingit); Online; QR codes. Bailiffs and DWP payments. We are committed to fairness and transparency in all of our procurement activity. Responding to this pre-market engagement will not place you in a more favourable position at the tender stage and likewise declining to respond will not disadvantage you. The responses received will only be used for the purposes of background information which informs our specification and options appraisal and will not be used for selection or award purposes in any tender process
