The scope of the contract is the provision of flat roofing replacement works at Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) located in Walsall (Lot 1) and Lambeth (Lot 2). WATMOS intends to award separate Contracts for each Lot (Walsall and Lambeth). Bidders may submit bids for one or both Lots. Individual Lots will not be divided further into sub-lots. The proposed commencement date of the Contract is September 2017. Additional information: The Contract Documents for this tender opportunity are available to download from the WATMOS website. To download the Contract Documents please click the link above Potential Bidders wishing participate in this tender opportunity are instructed to: * Download and read the Invitation to Tender Document * Download the separate Specification Documents (Appendix 7) * Download the separate Pricing Schedule Document (Appendix 8) * Download the separate Pre-Construction Information Document (Appendix 9) * Submit a completed Bid as stated in Section 5.2 of the Invitation to Tender, noting the deadline submission of 14:00 hours on 14/07/2017. All questions and communications regarding this tender opportunity shall be submitted in accordance with the ITT Instructions. WATMOS will not issue or respond to communications via any other means. All Clarification responses will be published weekly on the WATMOS website. WATMOS will not issue or respond to Clarifications via any other means. Bidders are responsible for accessing the published Clarification responses. WATMOS will not be held liable for a Bidder's failure to access the published Clarification responses. Potential Bidders should note that Bids that fail to meet the minimum standards of financial stability set by WATMOS shall be rejected and excluded from further evaluation.
