Notice Description
Darlington Borough Council require an emergency residential placement for TC who has disclosed abuse and is displaying sexualised behaviour. She has been threatening to her siblings, step parent. She is known to self harm and also believes herself to be pregnant. Up until 13/11/17 TC had been attending 100% at school and she is a bright, capable young girl.
