The Supply of Medical Device Decontamination MDDC

Notice Description

Team Leidos are proud to be delivering the logistics commodities and services transformation (LCS(T)) Delivery partner contracts (LCS (T)/0001 dated 16.4.2015) on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (the 'Prime Contract'). Delivery of other parts of the LCS(T) contract are delivered by Leidos Europe Ltd (LEL) and other partners (together 'Team Leidos'). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action. The MERP Team, which forms part of Leidos Supply Ltd is issuing requirement for the supply of MDDC on behalf of the UK MOD, consisting of 2 Lot(s): Lot 1 - will include the Washer-Disinfector and Steriliser including all required consumables/ancillaries/spares, training and through life support to be awarded to 1 supplier, in which the suppliers will be required to provide a solution for both the Steriliser and Disinfector Goods/Services that make up this Lot. Lot 2 - The RO treatment systems would then sit in a second non-mandatory lot as these cannot be selected until we know which equipment it needs to be compatible with. Suppliers are requested to put forward a solution that is compatible with their Lot 1 bid and would only be selected if they are successful with Lot 1 and the RO system meets the requirement. If this is not a possible outcome, then the RO system will be a follow up tender to meet capability with the winners of Lot 1 and will not need to be provided by the same supplier. The total estimated value for this contract will be between PS1.28m - PS12.5m, with a total contract length of 4 Years. Leidos, working with the MOD, will transform the way these services are delivered to ensure requirements continue to be met whilst providing best value for money for the department. The organisation delivering these services is known as Team Leidos. Team Leidos would like to make interested suppliers aware that it is inviting tenders for its supply and delivery of MDDC. Leidos Supply Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos Europe Ltd, is undertaking this procurement as a subcontractor to Leidos Europe Ltd to meet a requirement of the UK Ministry of Defence pursuant to the logistics commodities and services transformation delivery partner contract (LCS(T)/0001 dated16.4.2015) between Leidos Europe Ltd and the UK Ministry of Defence.
