**PLANNED TENDER DATE - w/c 6th January 2025*** The demolition and safe removal of the upper floor of a high rise building (defined as over 18m from FFL) and Construction of a new upper floor for the purposes of sleeping accommodation. Works include all aspects of construction including exterior façade cladding, structural, roof works, internals as well as associated mechanical, electrical and plant integration.
