Manchester City Council is looking for a supplier to provide a Bill Payment Service which will allow payment transactions to Manchester City Council to be made by Customers using a barcoded bill or payment card at Post Office Counters (and other outlets) e.g. PayPoint, Payzone and any other bill payment services in the market.
