CCHA Estate Services Contracts
Notice Description
Croydon Churches Housing Association sought expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of services including but not limited to estate services under 2 Lots: Lot 1 for estate services comprising cleaning and grounds maintenance; Lot 2 for bulk waste collection. These TPC 2005 (as amended) Contracts will each be for a maximum of 10 years: they will run for an initial period of 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. CCHA followed a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 to procure these Contracts. Under the first stage of the process prospective bidders were required to complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire. Following evaluation of submitted SQs, CCHA invited shortlisted Service Providers to submit full Tenders. Full details of this opportunity and the requirements were included in the procurement documents.
