The Britton Farm building is to be reconfigured to accommodate KMPT who will operate in the building. It is estimated that these works will progress in Spring 2019, although this may change, but not significantly. The Tender is to remain open for acceptance for a period of 180 days. The building will be vacated providing an unoccupied site to work in. Access is freely available from the former service yard, providing ample contractor parking and lorry access for deliveries. Contractors must read and note all the details and conditions in all the tender documents. Any questions relating to the tender must be made to via the Kent Business Portal
