Tanfield Road Development Project
Notice Description
North Star is looking to procure a developer to fulfil the requirements of the proposed Tanfield Road Development. The development involves the demolition of the existing site which is currently a garden centre and the construction of 17 bungalows, 2 of which are to be adapted for wheelchair access. The project is due to commence in June / July 2021 and last for approx. 12 months. For clarity this is just an estimate as this is dependant on the completion of the purchase and is subject to a Homes England Grant Application It is estimated that the project value is likely to be around PS1.8million Additional information: All Tender documentation can be accessed via our e-procurement portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/northstarhg/ in the event that this is not accessible for whatever reason then alternatively please contact kerry.hunter@northstarhg.co.uk or Kerry Hunter the Procurement Lead on 01642 796 327.
