Notice Description

Following on from the first Prior Information Notice (PIN) published on 3rd May 2024 (Find a Tender Notice reference: 2024/S 000-014324, Contracts Finder reference: tender_435819/1351905), this second PIN is for the purpose of informing the market of the dates of potential bidder site visits at HMP Dovegate. Dependent on timings for governance approvals, the Authority intends to launch the Competition for HMP Dovegate in late October 2024. The Authority is pleased to confirm that it will be facilitating the first site visit to HMP Dovegate for organisations with an interest in this procurement opportunity on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd July 2024. The purpose of this site visit will be for potential bidders to familiarise themselves with the prison. Dependent on interest the site visit may be split into morning and afternoon sessions. Due to restrictions on group size for site visits, the Authority has limited the number of attendees from each organisation to a maximum of two. We would, therefore, be grateful if you could provide the names of your two attendees and whether there is a session which they cannot attend by no later than 5pm on Friday 21st June 2024. The Authority will then confirm which session you are invited to attend. For the avoidance of doubt, you are only invited to attend one of the sessions and not both. If you are yet to register your interest, please register for an account (if you do not already have an existing account) at Jaggaer, https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/ and search for 'PQQ 428' within the 'PQQs Open to All Suppliers' section. Once you have located 'PQQ_428', please confirm your interest by selecting 'Express Interest'. Once you have expressed an interest, please send the Authority a message via Jaggaer with the below information: - Names of two attendees from your organisation - Dates/times which are not suitable Following receipt of this information, the Authority will respond via Jaggaer message with your organisation's allocated site visit date/time slot.
