The works include the following: * Roof Replacement covering Main Building and J Block * Rewire, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm and CCTV to Main Building, J Block, Octagon Building and Sports Block. * Repointing works to Main Building and J Block * Heating Works to Main Building * Integration of the proposed Modular Building into the Main Building and J Block.
