Following a house fire that caused extensive damage to the property, including the first floor and roof area of 31 Hawke Road, Ipswich and to a much lesser extent to the neighboring property at 29 Hawke Road, Ipswich Borough Council is seeking to employ a contractor to carry out the reinstatement works. The works include potential asbestos removal, scaffolding, roofing, carpentry, roof covering works, internal repairs, testing of services, mechanical and electrical and redecoration works. Additional information: Ipswich Borough Council are currently out to tender for the provision of reinstatement work following a house fire.
