Notice Description
Gentoo Group Ltd are seeking to procure a Principal Contractor to deliver varying external works to its properties throughout Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington. The works will involve multiple trades and will include, but not be limited to: Boundary Works (Fencing, Brickwork, Gates, etc.), Remediation to porches, works to garages, hardstanding repairs and repairs to outbuildings. The budget for the works over a three year period is PS3,500,000 excluding VAT. The Tender can be accessed by logging on to the Delta Portal here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ If you do not have an account, you will be required to create one, registration is free. Once you have accessed the portal, please use the following Tender Access Code (TAC) to retrieve the documents: 9XY6E8R5Q8 Please note, as the Tender does not open until 4pm on Tuesday 02 March, the Tender cannot be accessed before this time. The Tender return date is 01 April 2021 at 4pm.
