Notice Description

UK SBS on behalf of the UK Space Agency (UKSA) anticipates undertaking a procurement exercise for the provision of expert advice on ODA criteria and monitoring and evaluation support. The purpose of the proposed procurement exercise will be to appoint one supplier who can offer Monitoring and Evaluation specialist support and expert advice on ODA criteria to current and future IPP grantees and UKSA to ensure that programmes are Official Development Assistance (ODA) compliant . The contract duration will be for a period of 3 years with a possible extension of 1.5 years (actual duration of the contract TBC) . Additional information: This Prior Information Notice is being issued in order to undertake a market consultation exercise with regards to the service detailed above. If you believe that this will be of interest to you and your organisation, please express your interest by sending an email to the following email address: hannah.mcneill@uksbs.co.uk. Organisations who have expressed an interest will receive a summary of the specification and will be invited to attend a teleconference for further information and a Q&A session week commencing 6th March 2017. The estimated value of the full contract will range from 2 000 000 GBP to 6 000 000 GBP (TBC).We anticipate this being a 3- year contract with the option for further extension periods of 1.5-year. (TBC) For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not a Call for Competition; a Contract Notice will be issued as a call for competition. Not registering an interest shall not prevent any supplier participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of preliminary market consultation shall place any supplier at an advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in preliminary market consultation will be at each supplier's own cost. It is anticipated that the contract will be effective from 01.07.2017 but this date may be subject to change.
