GB-Swansea: Support for Extreme Network Switches Renewal
Notice Description
The requirement is for a hardware replacement support contract. The contract will provide 24/7/365 replacement parts support with a 4 hour delivery to the DVLA site at Swansea. The contract is for an initial 2 year period, with a proposed start date of 1 August 2017, and includes the option of a 1 year extension which will be exercised at the sole discretion of DVLA. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
