The University of Leicester is seeking fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors concerning the refurbishment and alternations required to create an outstanding Business Innovation Hub. The contract is partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The contract is due to start in March 2018 with completion of the works by end June 2018.
