Notice Description

The purpose of the market-warming event is to briefly explain to suppliers the business and technical requirements and the expected scope of the different requirements of Brent Council. Requirement: An Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service (IHCA) Brent Council invite providers to attend a market warming event for the provision of an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service for Brent residents who need support to go through the complaints procedure(s) for complaints or grievance related to any aspect of care or treatment they received from any NHS funded service and health and social care service, assisting them in finding a resolution. Requirement: Independent Advice & Guidance Service (IAG) Brent Council invite providers to attend a market-warming event for the provision of Independent Advice & Guidance Service for residents in the London Borough of Brent who needs advice or guidance particularly around early resolution of potential problems that, without intervention, may lead to complex and distressing circumstances for residents. Requirement: Voluntary & Community Sector Infrastructure Support Service (VCS) Brent Council invite providers to attend a market-warming event for the provision of Voluntary & Community Sector Infrastructure Support Service for the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) in Brent. This is for any organisation or individual who delivers support to residents in the London Borough of Brent, including community interest companies, charities, un-constituted groups and social enterprises, but not including businesses. Registering interest in Market Warming Event We would like to invite interested providers to a virtual presentation delivered on Microsoft Teams outlining our requirements on 16 February 2022 at 1pm - 3pm to understand more about the model that Brent is delivering.
