Shortlisting Services for Global Future Leadership Programme
Notice Description
This RFP seeks a response to manage the selection of the applicants for our 2017 leaders of the future programme by shortlisting candidates using the agreed selection criteria to numbers of 30 per country. We are seeking proposals that specifically assist us in delivering a positive and efficient experience to all applicants and ensure we attract and select the right calibre of participants, appropriate for a prestigious future leadership scheme which can sit alongside the Chevening Scholarship, the Fulbright Scholarship, World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellows Programme, UN SDG Young Leaders Forum. As we are unable to be sure how many applications will be made to the programme, we are asking for responses which are flexible to the number of applications they will have to shortlist. The winning bidder should shortlist the applications down to the final 30 in each country, where needed. We ask that commercial responses give a range of costs; referencing the range of application numbers they might be required to shortlist. In response to this RFP we are seeking bids which clearly demonstrate how they would manage this process, their track record in this area and their flexibility and capacity to handle the potential high number of applicants.
