3721/JN - Cell Sorter
Notice Description
The University of Sheffield's School of Biosciences requires the supply, installation and commissioning of a fluorescently activated cell sorter, which will primarily be used for sorting cells from either cell suspensions or dissociated tissues. The system should be capable of imaging a minimum of 8 colours. A major application for the system will be to sort single cells for downstream mRNA expression analysis on a 10x Genomics Chromium iX machine, so the system needs to be suitable for this. This is an FTS open exercise. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sheffield If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend system, this can be accessed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sheffield Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system.
