The lotting structure for this framework is based on contract value and the works cover a variety of works, including, but not limited to: Public Realm Works * Construction of hard landscaping * Installation of street furniture and/or artwork/features * Installation and/or maintenance of soft landscaping Highways Construction Works * Construction of new highways * Amendments to existing highways/junctions Highways Structure Works * Construction of new highway structures * Removal/demolition of existing highway structures * Repairs and maintenance of existing highway structures (e.g. concrete repairs, steelwork repairs, painting, parapet replacement, etc.) Drainage Works * Construction of new surface water/highway drainage systems * Repairs to existing surface water/highway drainage systems * Construction of flood alleviation structures and systems (e.g. SUDS, storage tanks) * Repairs to existing flood alleviation structures Marine / Coastal / River Works * Construction of new sea defences (including rock armour) * Repairs to existing sea defences (including rock armour) * Construction of new river walls * Repairs to existing river walls * Construction of pontoons * Berthing/mooring facilities Additional information: Please note that expressions of interest and tender documentation is vas the NEPO Portal (www.nepo.org) under reference DN4199110
