The British Business Bank is establishing the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Investment Fund (CIOSIF) in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly LEP (Local Enterprise Partnership). The up to PS40m Fund will support access to finance where barriers exist for SMEs and seek to address an equity gap in start-up, early stage and development capital. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
