Notice Description
Ensuring robust Social Media Monitoring services is now a mandatory practice across all UK government departments by Cabinet Office, allowing them to track public sentiment, identify emerging issues, and respond effectively. Social Media Monitoring tool has now been used by CPS Commercial and has proved to be the ideal analytical tool for the Team. The awarded supplier will be expected to be involved in the growth of the CPS social media requirements.
