Notice Description

Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake asbestos removal at properties owned/managed by Gateway Housing Association. Typically, asbestos removal will be required on an ad-hoc basis in line with planned work programmes. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contracts established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway Housing Association. The estimated contract value for asbestos removal is PS40,000 (exc VAT) per annum.
