Pomphlett Primary School is situated in Howard Road, Plymstock, Plymouth. The current proposal includes for the construction of a new two storey 8 No. classrooms teaching block adjoining the existing school via an external covered staircase. Within the existing school minor alteration are to be undertaken. The proposals include for upgrading of the provision of new incoming utilities to allow for the proposed expansion.
