Notice Description
Refurbishment works to a fire damaged property. The fire caused widespread structural damage to the property compromising key load bearing elements such as the first-floor joists and the stability of internal walls. Refurbishment, repair works are required in order to bring 364 Hall Road back to a lettable standard. Tendered via the Orbit Group Construction & Asset Upgrade / Reinvestment Works DPS.
