CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE for the following works: North Region - Northern England - Weeton Ext Refurbs 16 SFA Brief Scope of Works * Replace all D&W * Replace rear door/side window where there are plastic panels * Remove plastic panels and replace with insulated panels * Remove all extractors * Replace all store doors * Itemised lintel replacement. * Make good and decorate the store fascia's * Replace MAINS ELECTRIC doorbells (will need electrician, plasterer/decorator to make good walls) * Shared role On Site Liaison Officer
